Herbaluna NEWS
Spring is here, and we've been busy in the
yard and garden,
building new beds, tidying up, planting and transplanting. We've decided on a major overhaul of the garden which includes removing about 140 feet of 6' dog wire and posts, but it's going to be beautiful when we're done!
The elderberry bushes (which are actually small trees now) are budding, as are their neighboring mimosas, which I am very excited about. The wild honeysuckle is abundant, spreading its fragrance all the way from the woods to my front door. Baby chicks are hatching, our new kitten is almost old enough to bring home and my lavender is about to burst! What a wonderful time of year.

My preschooler and I will begin homeschooling this fall. It will be a
first for me and I hope to share our adventures with you.
